Perfect Rice in 3 Steps

1 — Fill
For non-perforated inner pot: fill both inner and outer pots with water. For perforated inner pot: pour water into the inner pot only — it drains to the outer pot automatically. Do not exceed three-quarters capacity.

2 — Lock
Seat the inner pot, lock all 4 buckles flat, and set over a steady medium flame. Check that the exhaust hole is clear and the silicone ring is seated before closing.

3 — Rest
Water boils in ~8–9 minutes; rice fully cooks in ~15 minutes after boiling. Kill the heat, rest 2–3 minutes with lid locked, then open away from your face and fluff.
