1. Brand & Material Related FAQs
Q: What material are your products made of? Are they safe to use?
A: All our products are crafted from high-purity food-grade titanium. It is non-toxic and chemically stable without harmful substance precipitation, safe for hot meals, cold drinks, acidic and alkaline food.
Q: Will titanium products rust? What are the advantages compared with stainless steel and aluminum products?
A: Titanium never rusts and boasts outstanding corrosion resistance. Products of the same size are about 40% lighter than stainless steel alternatives, free of metallic odor, higher in strength and longer in service life.
Q: Is there any chemical coating on the product surface? Is surface discoloration after heating normal?
A: No extra chemical coating is applied. Slight surface discoloration after high-temperature heating is a normal physical oxidation phenomenon, which will not affect safety or normal use.
Q: Is Boundless Voyage a formally registered trademark worldwide?
A: Our trademark has been officially registered in China, the European Union, the United States, Canada and Japan, with complete brand qualifications and stable supply capacity.
2. Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance FAQs
Q: Can titanium cookware be used over open fire, gas stoves or alcohol stoves? Are they compatible with induction cooktops?
A: It works perfectly with open fire, gas stoves and alcohol stoves. Most of our titanium cookware cannot be used on induction cooktops.
Q: Can I use steel wool or abrasive scrubbers to clean the products? Are they dishwasher safe?
A: The products are dishwasher safe. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners to avoid scratches. Minor scratches will not affect normal usage.
Q: Will single-layer titanium mugs burn hands when filled with boiling water? Do they have heat insulation function?
A: Single-layer titanium mugs conduct heat rapidly and may scald hands without a protective sleeve. Double-wall titanium mugs offer short-term heat preservation, while single-layer ones have no insulation or cold retention capability.Attention: All double-layer products cannot be heated directly.
Q: Is long-time dry burning allowed for titanium pots?
A: Short-time high-temperature heating is acceptable. Long-time dry burning is not recommended to prevent large-area discoloration.
3. Logo Customization FAQs
Q: Can I customize engraved logos on products? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Logo customization is available, with an MOQ of only 50 pieces.
Q: What is the complete logo customization process?
A: Please send us your logo image first. We will produce design renderings for your confirmation, and start mass production only after you approve the draft.
Q: Which logo file format delivers the best engraving effect?
A: Vector files such as AI and PDF, or high-definition transparent PNG files are recommended for sharp and clear engraving results.
4. Order & Shipping Policy FAQs
Q: What is your free shipping threshold? How much is the shipping fee for orders below the threshold?
A: Free shipping for orders over $8.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped out after payment? How long does delivery take?
A: Orders will be dispatched within the agreed processing cycle. Standard shipping takes roughly 7–15 working days.
Q: Are the packages shockproof and waterproof for long-distance transportation?
A: All goods are packed with reinforced shockproof materials to greatly reduce the risk of damage during long-distance transit.
5. Return & After-sales Policy FAQs
Q: What is your return and exchange time limit? Are there any restrictions?
A: We support returns and exchanges within 30 days upon receipt of goods. For non-quality-related returns, products must be unused with original packaging intact.
Q: What should I do if the product arrives damaged or dented?
A: Take full photos and videos of both the outer package and damaged items within 24 hours after delivery, then contact our customer service for a targeted after-sales solution.
Q: Can customized logo products be returned or exchanged without reason?
A: Custom engraved items are personalized customized products, which do not support unconditional returns and exchanges unless quality defects occur.

Titanium Cookware
Q: Does food stick easily to titanium cookware during cooking?
A: Titanium features natural physical non-stick performance. Preheating the pot and brushing a thin layer of oil will achieve a better non-stick effect.
Titanium Coffee Gear
Q: Are titanium coffee filters reusable? Are they easy to clean?
A: They are reusable and eco-friendly, far more durable than disposable paper filters. The smooth titanium surface can be cleaned easily with clean water to wash away coffee residues directly.
Outdoor Titanium Tools (Tent Pegs, Survival Whistles)
Q: Are titanium tent pegs suitable for soft sand and hard soil? Will they bend easily?
A: Made of high-strength titanium, they fit most terrain including soil, sand and mud, and are not easy to bend when hammered into hard ground.
Q: Is the sound of the titanium survival whistle loud enough for outdoor distress calls?
A: Designed with high decibels and strong sound penetration, it can effectively send out distress signals for wild camping emergencies.
