Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or sales peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) will be shipped on the next working day.
We will send you an email notification once your parcel is dispatched.
2. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer worldwide standard shipping service:
Free standard shipping is available for all orders globally (only valid for standard delivery; expedited shipping is excluded).
If you need expedited express delivery, you may select it at an extra cost. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimated reference only, not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, local postal backlog, weather or holiday peak seasons.
- United States / Canada / UK / EU Main Countries: 7–14 business days
- Australia / Japan / Southeast Asia: 8–16 business days
- Other global regions: 12–25 business days
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with unique tracking number & tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to sync with logistics carriers after dispatch.
You can track your package status anytime via the link in your mailbox or contact our support team for help.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (DDU Terms)
All international shipments are delivered on DDU basis:
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or any local taxes charged by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot pre-pay or refund customs fees for you. If your parcel is held by customs, please cooperate with local customs authority to complete clearance.
6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
- Damaged goods on arrival: Please take clear photos of package outer box & broken items within 48 hours after receiving, send to our support email for replacement or partial refund solution.
- Lost parcel: If tracking shows no update over 25 business days, contact us to launch logistics investigation. We will arrange reshipment or refund after carrier confirms loss.
- We are not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by uncontrollable factors including customs detention, incorrect address provided by buyer, missed delivery or recipient refusal to sign for package.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and some sanctioned regions.
Please input complete & accurate recipient address, phone number and postal code when checkout. Additional redelivery fee will be charged if parcel returns due to invalid address.
8. Shipping & Return Cooperation
If you need to return items, you will bear the return delivery cost by yourself.
