Titanium undergoes allotropic phase transformation above 882.5°C in a high-vacuum furnace. Sustained heating at 900–1200°C allows titanium atoms to rearrange and grow into visible dendritic crystal grains. Controlled slow cooling locks the unique frost-like crystal texture permanently on the base metal.

Only pure titanium with ≥99.6% titanium content can form clear crystal patterns. A thin native TiO₂ oxide film forms simultaneously during heating, enhancing corrosion resistance without paint or plating. The texture will never peel or fade, and the finished tableware is dishwasher safe.
