What Is Titanium?

Titanium is a metallic element with the chemical symbol Ti and atomic number 22.

Compared with many common metals, titanium has a relatively low density while offering excellent strength for its weight. This combination allows titanium products to remain lightweight without sacrificing durability.

Boundless Voyage Outdoor operates its own titanium manufacturing facilities, with in-house capabilities covering product development, mold development, forming, surface processing, assembly and quality control.

We use titanium with a purity of 99.7% or higher, selecting appropriate grades according to product requirements. Where applicable, Grade 1 titanium is selected for its high purity, corrosion resistance and suitability for food-contact applications.

We also conduct batch-by-batch material purity inspections to help ensure consistent material quality throughout production.

Our goal is simple: to combine the natural advantages of titanium with thoughtful design and reliable manufacturing to create practical gear for camping, travel and everyday outdoor use.
